Delete Your Account

This page is for members of OnlyCEO, the private network for verified chief executives, published by Atlas Lejon AB. It explains how to delete your account, what happens to what you wrote, and the few records the law requires us to keep.
How to delete your account
- Sign in at house.onlyceo.app or in the OnlyCEO app.
- Open Settings → Account → Delete account (plainly labelled, that is the control).
- Optionally Download my data first (GDPR portability). Then confirm with your account email and password (re-authentication). BankID step-up may be offered where available.
- Your account becomes invisible immediately. After a 14-day grace period we finalize automatically, no need to contact us. You can cancel during the grace period by signing in again.
If you cannot sign in, write from your registered address to privacy@onlyceo.app with the subject line Delete my account. We will verify and complete the request.
What happens to your content
By default we anonymize authorship, not destroy shared content. Your Signals and threads remain for members who replied, shown as A former member. You may opt in to also remove everything you wrote (checkbox in the confirmation flow).
- Messages: the other party keeps their copy; you appear as departed.
- Chambers you created: transfer to the most active remaining member (they do not evaporate).
- Upcoming events you host: cancelled; attendees are notified. Past events keep the record with the host anonymized.
- Profile and credentials: anonymized on finalize. Stripe Identity artifacts are wiped when deletion completes (no grace for that sensitive material).
What is kept, and for how long
A small set of records survives deletion because the law requires it, or because safety does. Nothing else is retained beyond these limits.
