Why this house exists

Leadership is heavy. The market watches you, your employees read you, your family feels you. Everything a chief executive does, every word, every silence, signals something to someone. That is why what you share here is called a Signal: a reminder, without pressure, that what we put into the world carries weight, and that people who carry that weight deserve a place built for their care.

This is a space to heal, to think clearly, and to decide better, among peers who understand. These rules exist to keep it that way.

1. Dignity, always

Every member of this house is a verified chief executive or senior leader. Treat every member, and every request, disagreement, or mistake, with the respect you would extend across a boardroom table. Criticism of ideas is welcome and expected. Contempt for people is not.

Never permitted, no exceptions: harassment, bullying, intimidation, hate speech, discrimination on any ground, or personal attacks, whether in Signals, Threads, Ideas, Events, Chambers, or private Messages.

2. Discretion is sacred

What is said in the house stays in the house. Do not screenshot, quote, forward, or publicly attribute anything shared by another member, in any Chamber, Room, Event, or Message, without their explicit consent. Members here discuss matters of real consequence; the entire value of this space rests on the certainty that it stays inside these walls.

A breach of discretion is treated with the same severity as harassment.

3. Anonymity with accountability

Some Signals are published anonymously. That anonymity protects your candor with your peers; it never dissolves your accountability to the house. Every member is identity-verified; the house always knows who speaks. Anonymity is a shield for honesty, never a mask for misconduct. Abuse it and it is withdrawn, along with your membership.

4. Clean signal, no selling

This is not a marketplace and not an audience. Do not pitch, prospect, cold-sell, recruit, farm leads, or promote products or services unless a member has explicitly invited it. Sharing experience is contribution; extracting customers is noise. Noise is removed.

5. Content that never enters this house

The following are prohibited everywhere on the platform, in Public and Private Chambers, in Rooms, in Events of every tier, in Messages, everywhere, with zero tolerance:

• Nudity, sexual content, or sexually suggestive material of any kind
• Violence, gore, or glorification of harm
• Any content involving or endangering minors, this is reported to authorities, not merely removed
• Hate speech, extremist content, or incitement
• Illegal content or facilitation of illegal activity, including market abuse and insider dealing
• Deception: impersonation, misrepresenting your identity or title, fabricated credentials
• Spam, scraping, data harvesting, or automated posting

There is no warning tier for this list. One instance is removal.

6. Honesty in all things

Your title, your company, and your claims are verified on entry and expected to remain true. If your role changes, tell the house. Members who misrepresent themselves are removed and not readmitted.

7. Care for the room

Post with intention. One considered Signal outweighs ten reflexive ones. Before publishing, the house asks only one question of you: does this add clarity, comfort, or knowledge to a fellow leader? If yes, you are home.

How the house is kept

Private spaces stay private. The house does not read your Messages, your Rooms, or your VIP Events. Ever. What verified adults say to each other in private is their own. In private spaces the house acts only when a participant reports something, and even then, it reviews only the reported item, never the conversation. Every such access is logged.

Reporting. Every Signal, Thread, Idea, article, message, and profile carries a report option. Reports are reviewed by the concierge team promptly; objectionable content is acted on within 24 hours, and immediately when severe.

Reports outlive destruction. Some rooms in this house destroy themselves by design, and that destruction is real, the house keeps no secret copies. But anything reported before a room expires is preserved for review, and misconduct is never erased with the room. Every member is verified: conduct attaches to the person, not the room. No one outruns their identity here.

Blocking. You may block any member at any time. A blocked member cannot message you or interact with your content. No explanation is required of you.

Enforcement. Depending on severity: a private word from the house, content removal, suspension, or permanent removal. Zero-tolerance violations (Rule 5, breaches of discretion, harassment) skip directly to removal. Removed members forfeit access without refund of any fees.

Appeal. Any enforcement decision may be appealed once, in writing, to conduct@onlyceo.app. A human, not a machine, reviews every appeal.

The final word. Membership in this house is a privilege extended and maintained at the discretion of OnlyCEO (Atlas Lejon AB). We would rather be a smaller house than a louder one.
