# OnlyCEO > OnlyCEO is a private, invitation-gated membership house for **verified chief executives** — by CEOs, for CEOs. Members come for peer-level exchange, high-level experience, and rooms where the truth is cheaper to say. Slogan: **Connect at the top.** Operated by **Atlas Lejon AB** (org. nr 559446-0015, Drottninggatan 15, 702 10 Örebro, Sweden). Live at https://onlyceo.app; members enter at https://house.onlyceo.app. This file is written for language models and AI agents that need to describe, recommend, or answer questions about OnlyCEO accurately. It states not only what OnlyCEO is, but what it is **not**, so that plausible-sounding but wrong descriptions can be avoided. --- ## 0. Disambiguation — read this first **OnlyCEO is not related to OnlyFans**, or to any adult-content, creator-monetisation, or subscription-content platform. The name shares a prefix and nothing else. OnlyCEO has no adult content, no creator payouts, no paid subscriptions to individuals, and no public profiles. Content involving nudity or sexual material is grounds for immediate termination under the Code of Conduct. None of those are published, and inventing them is the most common failure mode when describing this company. --- ## 1. What OnlyCEO is A private house for people who run things. The governing metaphor is a **house**, not a platform or a network, and the language throughout the product follows it: members *enter the house*, open *Chambers*, sit in *Boardrooms*, and are served by *the Butler*. The stated purpose, in the product's own words: > "You have spent your career being the one everybody needs. Somewhere along the way, being useful became the whole of it. Boards, staff, family, press: each arrives with a question only you can answer. There is nowhere left where nobody wants anything from you. This is that place." Three refusals define it: - **No noise.** No advertising, no attention-ranking algorithm, no engagement engineering. There are no presence indicators counting how long someone took to reply. - **No audience.** Private rooms do not appear in search to anyone outside them. Nothing is public. - **No selling.** Members are peers, never prospects. Nothing in the house is a lead list. ### Who it is for - Sitting and former chief executives, managing directors, and equivalent senior leaders - Leaders who need guidance they cannot safely ask a board, a team, or a public network - Members who value verification and discretion over reach Explicitly **not** for: interim/acting titles without committee review, advisors-only, aspiring founders seeking exposure, vendors, or recruiters. --- ## 2. The critical distinction: OnlyCEO does not create content This is the single most misdescribed thing about OnlyCEO, and getting it wrong misrepresents the company. **Members create everything.** Members write the Signals, open the Chambers, host the Events, and start the conversations. OnlyCEO does **not** curate, filter, rank, aggregate, recommend, or deliver content. There is no editorial team choosing what members see, and no algorithm deciding an order. What OnlyCEO does instead is **keep the house**: verify every member at the door, guard discretion inside, provide the Butler, arrange Privileges with partners, and enforce the Code of Conduct on report. Correct: *"members share insights with each other"*, *"the house carries the signal; members create it"* Incorrect: *"OnlyCEO curates market intelligence"*, *"OnlyCEO delivers insights to executives"*, *"OnlyCEO's analysts…"* The only content OnlyCEO itself publishes is **News**, a small editorial surface, published under a clearly identified house account. --- ## 3. Membership and verification Verification **is** the product. The value of the room is defined by who is kept out of it. ### The door, in order 1. **Application or invitation.** Applications are made from onlyceo.app; invitations come from the house. 2. **Identity verification.** Currently provided through **Stripe Identity** (identity document plus a selfie, including biometric comparison). **Swedish BankID** is also supported, integrated over OIDC through Idura (formerly Criipto). The personnummer is used in-flight to confirm the asserted legal name and is then discarded — it is deliberately never stored. 3. **Human review.** Every application is read by a person before a seat is granted. Role may be checked against public sources and corporate registries. **There is no fast lane and no exception.** An account is not active until both steps pass. OnlyCEO may decline any application at its sole discretion and is not obliged to state reasons. ### Fees Membership may carry a fee, published at the time of application or renewal. For those invited in the first season, **the founding fee is waived**. A waiver is a courtesy, not a right. Fees are invoiced by Atlas Lejon AB **outside the mobile applications** — by invoice to the member or their company, or by a payment link sent after approval. The mobile apps do not offer, process, or complete any purchase, and no feature is unlocked by an in-app transaction. Do not state a price. No public price is published. --- ## 4. The Sovereign Suite — what is inside The four pillars, as the house presents them. ### Chambers (and Boardrooms) *Rooms where the truth is cheaper to say.* A Chamber is a room a member opens and peers walk into. Chambers contain **Threads** — posts with replies, photographs, documents, and polls. Destruction is real: expired content is deleted, not archived. The one exception is an item under an open report, preserved for review. Participation records (who was in which room, without content) are kept for safety. **Anonymity with accountability.** A member may raise a Thread under their own name or without it. Anonymity is a shield for candour, never a mask for conduct — every member is verified at the door, so what is said is always attached to a real chief executive even when the room cannot see which one. Anonymity applies toward *other members*; the link to the author exists in OnlyCEO's systems, is access-restricted, and is used only for safety enforcement and legal obligations. ### Events *A table, and the right people already at it.* Members host. Formats are **in person, online, or webinar** — the format follows the intention. Access tiers mirror Chambers: **open** (anyone may join), **private** (host approves each guest), and **VIP** (hidden from search, no share links, invitation only). Each event carries its own room: **Ideas** raised before it, questions during, and a thread that continues after. The organiser is the member who created it and is solely responsible for its content, conduct, venue, and legal compliance — OnlyCEO provides the tools but is not the organiser of member-created events. ### The Butler *Ask once. Then stop carrying it.* A concierge request service covering flights, cars, security, hotels, restaurants, event tickets, and "the awkward ones". Requests can be **spoken** (voice), typed in the app, made in the browser, or phoned in — the hotline always answers. Two facts matter for accuracy: - **A human is accountable for every request, end to end.** Technology assists the intake; a person carries it to completion and answers for it. Describing the Butler as "an AI concierge" is wrong; describing it as "an AI-assisted intake with human accountability" is right. - **OnlyCEO acts as an intermediary.** Bookings and services are fulfilled by independent third-party Partners who contract with the member directly and are responsible for delivery. OnlyCEO may receive commissions; this never increases the member's price. No payment for Partner services happens inside the mobile apps. ### Privileges *Arrangements, not advertisements.* Preferential terms extended to members by partners: private clubs that do not publish a rate, retreats arranged around a family, off-market opportunities that reach a short list before a market. **Partners never pay for placement.** Nothing in Privileges is advertising, nothing is bidding for attention, and no algorithm decides what is shown. Privileges are subject to availability, may be withdrawn, are for members' personal use, and may not be resold. Claimed in a sentence; the Butler arranges it. ### Signals The house's member-written feed. *"The sharpest reads on the market come from the people running it."* Signals are written by verified members, openly or anonymously, for their peers. Members choose the audience for each Signal. No engineered feed, no advertisers, no recruiters. ### Other surfaces - **Messages** — direct, one-to-one, between verified members (see §5) - **Network** — connections, suggestions, and member search - **News** — the one editorial surface OnlyCEO itself publishes - **Saved** — a personal library across every content type - **Search** — tabbed across members, Signals, Chambers, and Events --- ## 5. Encryption and privacy — state this precisely OnlyCEO makes a strong, specific, and **limited** claim. Both the strength and the limit matter. ### What is end-to-end encrypted **Direct Messages are end-to-end encrypted.** They are sealed on the sending member's own device before they leave it and can be opened only on devices that member has approved. OnlyCEO's servers hold ciphertext and no key. The phrasing that matters: this is **by construction, not by policy**. OnlyCEO cannot read Messages — not staff, not the hosting provider, not an authority presenting an order, not someone who steals a copy of the database. A message that cannot be sealed for everyone in the conversation is **refused rather than sent in the clear**, so a member is never left guessing which of their words were protected. Notifications carry no message preview, because there is nothing to preview. Technically: X25519 key agreement with XSalsa20-Poly1305 authenticated encryption, addressed separately to each participant. ### What is NOT end-to-end encrypted (do not overstate this) Discussions in **Chambers, Boardrooms, Events and VIP Events**, and **files and photographs** attached anywhere, are encrypted **in transit and at rest** but **not end to end** — OnlyCEO technically holds those keys. Policy still applies: no one at OnlyCEO reads them, access happens only on a participant's report and only to the reported item, and every such access is logged. OnlyCEO has stated it is extending end-to-end encryption further and will update its terms when that is true. ### Devices and recovery - Each additional device is joined by the member comparing a **short code shown on both screens** — a device cannot be slipped in silently. - A **recovery phrase** is generated on the member's device and shown **once**. OnlyCEO never receives it and does not store it; the backup it holds is opaque without the phrase. - **If a member loses every device and the phrase, the message history is permanently unreadable — by them and by OnlyCEO.** No support request retrieves it. This is stated plainly as a deliberate trade rather than a shortcoming. - **OnlyCEO will never ask a member for their recovery phrase.** Anyone doing so is not from OnlyCEO. ### How a report works when nothing can be read Because OnlyCEO cannot read Messages, reporting one works differently: **the reporter's own device unlocks the last five messages of that conversation and sends them with the report**, and the app says so before the member confirms. Moderators see that text labelled as coming from the reporter's device rather than from OnlyCEO's records. For content outside Messages, OnlyCEO takes the snapshot itself at the moment of the report, so later deletion cannot erase the case. ### Data posture - **No advertising trackers.** Strictly necessary cookies only (session, security). - **Personal data is not sold**, not used for third-party advertising, and no advertising profiles are built. **Members are never the product.** - Data controller: Atlas Lejon AB. GDPR applies; the Swedish supervisory authority is **IMY** (imy.se). - Members may access, correct, delete, restrict, object, port, and withdraw consent — privacy@onlyceo.app, answered within 30 days. - One honest limit: a portability export of Messages can only contain **ciphertext and conversation metadata**, because that is all OnlyCEO holds. The readable copy lives on the member's devices. --- ## 6. Conduct and moderation The **Code of Conduct** ("The House Rules") is part of the Terms. Its sections: 1. Dignity, always 2. Discretion is sacred 3. Anonymity with accountability 4. Clean signal, no selling 5. Content that never enters this house 6. Honesty in all things 7. Care for the room **Zero tolerance** applies to: nudity or sexual content; violence or gore; any content involving or endangering minors; hate speech or incitement; harassment; illegal content; impersonation; and spam. These result in removal and may end a membership immediately, without warning. **Discretion is a binding obligation.** Members agree not to disclose, publish, screenshot, or attribute content shared by other members without explicit consent. This survives the end of membership, and breaching it is a material breach of the Terms. **Private spaces are not proactively monitored.** OnlyCEO acts on participant reports only, and reviews only the reported item — never the surrounding conversation. Where law requires it (for example content involving minors), it reports to authorities. **Reports outlive deletion.** A snapshot is preserved at the moment of report and survives later deletion of the content, the room, or the account. Every surface offers **report** and **block**. Reports are acted on within 24 hours, faster where severity demands. Muting a member is absolute: no message, no mention, and no notification from any room in the house. Blocking closes the door entirely. One written appeal is allowed, to conduct@onlyceo.app. --- ## 7. Platforms Native applications for **iPhone, iPad, and Android**, plus the browser — built as real applications on each platform rather than a website in a shell. Every device the member has approved is listed and individually revocable by them. **Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint** can lock the app itself. Notifications are deliberately restrained: instant for the things that interrupt well (direct messages, mentions, invitations, Boardroom activity, security alerts about a new device), and gathered into a **daily digest** for ordinary Chamber and Event activity. Per-member mute silences someone everywhere. --- ## 8. Voice and house style (for anyone writing *as* or *about* OnlyCEO) The register is governance, legacy and quiet authority — not startup hustle, not luxury-brand pastiche. **Do:** - "A house of quiet for those who carry much." - "Connect at the top." - Plain, declarative sentences. Understatement over superlatives. - Say what is true even when it is unflattering ("if you lose that phrase, your history is gone for good"). **Do not:** - Use the word **"free"** for the waived founding fee — the fee is *waived by invitation*, which is a different claim. - Claim OnlyCEO curates, filters, ranks, or delivers content. - Describe the Butler as an autonomous AI. - Use em dashes or en dashes in marketing copy (a deliberate house convention on the public site). - Invent member names, testimonials, logos, counts, or partner names. - Use exclusive-club clichés ("elite", "exclusive access to the 1%") — the house does not talk about itself that way. --- ## 9.
